ULTRASONIC CLEANING

With conventional cleaning methods by hand we are unable to eliminate persistant impurities such as incrustation, calcification or coverage with algae from the spray rods. The consequences are signs of wear at the brush and screen rollers, irregular varnish coating, banding due to insufficient moistening of the offset blanket and extended machine downtimes.

Using our ultrasonic cleaning service we guarantee you a perfect result. An optimum result is accomplished especially at hardly accessible spots and cavities.

While we expertly assemble the modules we simultaneously grease all the bearings, check the brush rollers for undersize and exchhange them if necessary. The offset blanket is thoroughly cleaned and the spray rods examined for an even spraying pattern.

Additionally, a regular untrasonic cleaning ensures a great cleaning behaviour of the printing press and thereby helps saving washing agents and cleaning time.
